Each therapy session takes about 45 to 55 minutes.
Sessions are provided face to face or online.
Sessions start with an initial meeting to get to know you and gather information about difficulties that you are facing with. I will help you set treatment goals and move towars them.
During counseling sessions you would not be judged or blamed. As an Adlerian therapist, my focus is in enpowering you and your individuality. I also use many techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems, etc during sessions.
